Wraparound Provision

Breakfast Club

Our breakfast club is £3 per morning and starts at 7.45 am Monday to Friday, with the kitchen closing at 8.20 am. Breakfast club for F1 and F2 pupils is in the foundation unit and Y1 to Y6 is in the main hall.

Places will be allocated on the following basis:

Priority 1: Children wanting full-time places. This means every day, every week.

Priority 2: Children requiring part-time permanent sessions. This means the same days every week and is dependent on spaces available.

Priority 3: Children who already attend the club and require permanent extra sessions.

Priority 4: Siblings of children who already attend the club.

Priority 5: Children requiring irregular sessions.

Provision of a Breakfast Club is an important additional service offered within the academy. The Breakfast Club is not included in the public funding formula that is received to run the academy and whilst we believe it brings significant benefit to families who choose to use the provision, we have to ensure that it is self-funding in order to ensure that public funds are not diverted away from the core educational functions of the academy.

The trust does not regard the Breakfast Club as an income stream and the only intention is that the provision covers costs involved in running the provision. Therefore, we ask that payments are made before the start of each half-term in order to secure your child's place, as we have a limited number of places available.

Unfortunately, if you child is absent from school for any reason, we are not able to offer a refund for missed sessions.
