Dear Parents/Carers,                                            

A Year 5 trip to Gainsborough Old Hall, has been arranged for Monday 20th October 2025, where pupils will be preparing a Tudor feast fit for a King!

This is an important part of the school curriculum and it is hoped that parents will be supportive of the school's efforts to organise the venture.

The cost per pupil for is £15 and in order that the excursion can take place it is necessary that parental consent and payments are received by Monday 13th October. Payments for the trip should be made via your child’s ParentPay account but should you have any issue with this please contact the school office.

It is important for us to stress, that in the event of an inadequate number of payments being received it will not be possible for the excursion to take place.

On the day of the trip, pupil's should arrive at school at the normal time, wearing full school uniform and a warm coat. A home packed lunch, including a drink is required. If your child is entitled to a free school meal and you wish for us to provide a school packed lunch please contact the school office by Monday 13th October.

We will return to school at approximately 3.30pm.
