Dear parents/carers,                                               

A Year 3 trip to Sheffield Manor Lodge, has been arranged for Tuesday 14th October where pupils will be taking part in activities relating to their Stone Age topic.

This is an important part of the school curriculum, and it is hoped that parents will be supportive of the school's efforts to organise the venture.

The cost per pupil for the excursion is £17 and in order that the excursion can take place it is necessary that parental consent and payments are received by Friday 3rd October. Payments for the trip should be made via your child’s ParentPay account but should you have any issue with this please contact the school office.

It is important for us to stress that in the event of an inadequate number of payments being received it will not be possible for the excursion to take place.

On the day of the trip, pupil's should arrive at school at normal time, wearing non-uniform clothes appropriate for outdoor activities with comfortable shoes and a waterproof coat. A home packed lunch, including a drink is required. If your child is entitled to a free school meal and you wish for us to provide a school packed lunch please contact the school office before Tuesday 7th October.

We will return to school before 3.15pm.
